VARDE is the new brand identity of the business previously known as My Enchanter.

Our previous website operated under MyEnchanter.com, which remains active and redirects visitors to our current official website: VardeWorld.com

During this transition period, some complimentary packaging, storage pouches, cleaning cloths, care accessories or printed materials may still carry the My Enchanter name or MyEnchanter.com branding.

These are genuine items supplied by VARDE and do not indicate that the product is old, unauthorised or supplied by a different business.

As existing materials are gradually replaced, new production will progressively transition to VARDE branding.

Throughout these Terms, “VARDE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the VARDE brand from Singapore.

4. Handmade Products & Sizing

Many VARDE bracelets are assembled and finished by hand.

Minor differences in bead placement, spacing, measurements and overall appearance may occur between pieces.

Where a customer provides a wrist measurement or selects a specific bracelet size, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

Bracelet fit may vary depending on bead diameter, bracelet design, wrist shape and personal preference.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

VARDE reserves the right to:

without prior notice.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

6. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed and charged by VARDE are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

If your bank, card issuer or payment provider operates in another currency, the transaction may be converted using its own exchange rate.

Your payment provider may also impose:

These charges are determined by your payment provider and are not collected by VARDE.

VARDE reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Duties, VAT, GST & Import Charges

VARDE ships internationally and aims to provide customers with a smooth delivery experience.

Where applicable and supported by our shipping arrangements, VARDE absorbs import duties, VAT, GST and similar customs-related charges associated with delivery.

Customers should therefore not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes when their order arrives.

VARDE declares shipments accurately and in accordance with applicable customs requirements. We do not undervalue shipments or provide false customs declarations.

Customers may remain responsible for additional charges arising from circumstances such as:

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details may be charged to the customer.

11. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should contact VARDE promptly and within the timeframe specified in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

VARDE will assist in opening an investigation with the courier where appropriate.

The availability of delivery records, GPS information, courier scans and other supporting information may decrease over time.

A refund or replacement cannot be guaranteed where the courier confirms successful delivery or where the matter is reported outside the applicable claim period.

12. Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Returned products must meet the conditions stated in that policy, including requirements relating to:

Where an item has been substantially personalised, altered or specially produced to individual requirements, return eligibility may differ.

Normal wear, scratching, accidental damage, improper storage and deterioration caused by misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.

Elastic or silicone bracelet cord is a wearable component and may naturally require replacement over time.

17. Replacement Cord & Care Accessories

Selected VARDE bracelets may include complimentary care accessories such as:

These accessories may vary in appearance or branding during the My Enchanter to VARDE transition period.

Complimentary care accessories do not form part of a lifetime replacement programme.

Replacement elastic cord is a consumable item and may require replacement through normal use.

Compatible clear elastic bracelet cord may also be purchased from jewellery-supply, craft, DIY and online stores.

18. Repairs & Restringing

VARDE may provide general guidance relating to bracelet care, restringing and replacement components.

Availability of replacement components or care guidance does not constitute a lifetime warranty.

Damage resulting from:

• Normal wear
• Accidental impact
• Excessive stretching
• Improper restringing
• Incorrect care
• Misuse
